This website, noblethreadsboutique.com, is operated by Skiepa LLC, doing business as Noble Threads Boutique ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We sell to customers with a shipping address in the United States.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, including a measured size chart for each product. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements may vary slightly by size. We may change or discontinue products at any time.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout; see our Payment Policy. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item(s) to you. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, a pricing error or unavailability, and we will refund any payment in full.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy: processing takes 1–3 business days and delivery takes 8–15 business days in total. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Discounts
Automatic bundle discounts apply in the cart (10% off 2 items, 15% off 3, 20% off 4 and 25% off 5 or more). They cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated otherwise.
8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse our website, for example by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or using it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and design, belongs to Skiepa LLC or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the state where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
